The house of Romariz was founded in 1850 by Manoel da Rocha Romariz, who came from a well-known Oporto family. In 1966 the Romariz family retired from the business and sold the brand to Guimaraens & Cª. In 1987 Romariz became a part of Taylor, Fladgate & Yeatsman which plan to redevelop this important brand.

TasteMedium body. Mature and at its peak. Balanced and quite elegant and attractive. Will not be better. Easy to drink and like with cacao, candy, cream candy and dark chocolate in taste and with a quite long finish. Quite attractive port indeed.Average score16.01

TasteMedium body. Mature and peaking. Elegant and balanced. French plum cacao and lots more in taste. Easy to drink and love and will probably not be better but is wonderful today. Attractive and long quite sweet and elegant finish.Average score16.09
