This quinta dates back to the end of the 17th century and belonged to several families in the region until the married couple Vincent Bouchard and Kay Steffey Bouchard bought it in 1992. They are making a vintage port from old part of the vineyard named Savedra.

TasteMedium body. Sweet and balanced with quite a lot of tannins still present. Fudge and mature fruit in the taste. Complex and lovely port with a long finish. Will improve further.Average score

TasteMedium body. Mature and peaking but still with some soft, delicate tannin and maybe still develop a little. Balanced and quite elegant and tasty with cacao and old grocery shop. Very attractive to drink with a long and nice finish.Average score
