Quinta da Devesa was included already on the map over the Douro Valley created by Barão de Forrester in 1844. The quinta was aquired in 1941 by José Fortunato Júnior and his wife Antónia Soares Fortunato and is still owned by the Fortunato family.

TasteMedium body and dry. Lots of lovely round tannins. Will become much better. Taste of dark berries, herbs and fruit. Balanced and easy to enjoy already today and with a quite attractive and long finish.Average score15.75

TasteAlmost full body. Immature and will of course be much better but is drinkable already today. Balance and elegant with a quite long but tannic and rather attractive finish. Will be interesting to follow.Average score15.63
